Hello Resident,
✅ Good Evening from Your Local Policing Team 2 St Michael's ✅ This week we have been focused on our local priorities of Burglary, Robbery & Vehicle crime. We have also been taking part in Op Sceptre which is a week of action focusing on reducing knife crime.
Summary: As part of a focus on Robberies in the city centre we identified the offender from cctv and arrested a juvenile who assaulted a shop worker during a shop theft. In addition we have also arrested offenders for a breach of a domestic non molestation order and recall to prison.
As part of Op Sceptre we have conducted weapons sweeps around lady herbert gardens and worked with local partners recovering 3 knives over the past week. Please report any concerns you have around people carrying knives or weapons.
